*Anais has nothing to do with this post, except that she matches my logo and I have been here for the last few days visiting before they headed to the family beach house in Jersey and I stayed back in VA Beach to work.

Ten years ago…
The year was 2000 and I was dating the man who would later be my ex-husband someday. I was going to school for a degree in Networking.
Seven years ago…
It was 2003, I was married, had just bought a house, working two jobs and was going to school again for nursing.
Five years ago…
My marriage was falling apart. I was desperately trying to save it knowing that was not really a possibility. I was still going to school for nursing while working 3 jobs.
Three years ago…
I was in college full time and changed my major from nursing to women’s studies. I was running a photography business, had just gone back to work part time at my dad’s corporation and was watching just Ana (as the babies were not even around) a few hours a week.Â
Two years ago…
I was finishing my last year of school, working three jobs…
One year ago…
I was working 80 hours a week running an IT department and struggling to find a way to travel more and focus on my photography business.
Today…
I work two days a week at my dad’s corporation in their IT department. Trying to get my photography business to where it is my only career and I luckily get to travel a lot.
Tomorrow…
I have a photoshoot with some adorable kiddos in VA beach and a great assistant who is going to help me wrangle them all.
