For those of you who don’t know me, here is a little info on me: I was born and raised in Philadelphia PA. For as long as I can remember I have had a love of photography. I remember getting my first camera at the age of 8 and it being a part of my everyday life. I have had many cameras over the years and I have taken photography classes throughout high school and college but the majority of what I’ve learned about photography has been self taught.
My love of babies and children naturally led me to specialize in family photography. With their innocence and curiosity, young children make ideal subjects. With each snap of the shutter I strive to capture the feeling of the moment, the joy of the day and the spirit that lives in everyone.
I created Kate Giovinco Photography in the summer of 2006. I am available for maternity, newborn, first year of life, children, holiday, and birthday party photo sessions and much more. I am extremely flexible and am happy to come to you or any location you request.
